Office Time

It is Wednesday morning...9:30 PST and I am waiting for the phone to ring. That is not something I usually do, but someone is supposed to have called me 15 minutes ago and when I tried calling them, I got voicemail.

It is Wednesday morning and I am in the office. I am thinking that it is a mistake that I am in the office. I came in on Monday, had a pretty good morning but by the time I got home, the leg was throbbing and continued to do so for the duration of the afternoon and early evening. Ached so bad that I made the smart decision to not go into the office yesterday.

Today...this morning has not been a good one. Had a great night's sleep...actually went almost 5 1/2 hours between wake ups, but when I woke up this morning the lag was aching. I am going to refer to it as "the leg" by the way until it starts cooperating and then it will return to the staus of "my leg".

I am thinking that the effort required to get prepared for the trip to the office is not worth it right now. Kind of a quandry for me because I feel much more productive when I am here than at home, but man is it uncomfortable. And I made the decision over a week ago to stop using the real drugs and have switched to Advil, so when I do tweak it or overdo it, it takes awhile to get back to normal.

Anyway, this posting is kind of a downer and I will apologize for that but I have been told/reminded that a blog should be real...meaning that if I am not feeling well I should share that. So...consider it shared.

Definitely no office tomorrow and we will see about Friday!
